OPERA HOUSE BANNERS IMAGES CONTEST ANNOUNCED

The Camden Opera House has installed colorful banners on its exterior to better identify the building to the many people who travel from across the Eastern Seaboard to its events. In addition to providing better signage, the banners also seek to provide a glimpse of the richness of both the history and events held at the opera house and the beautiful interior found within. There are seven main images softly printed in the background of the banner.

Can you identify them? If you identify all seven (you don't need to know a characters name necessarily, just what type of character/item is portrayed - but the more detailed you can be, the better your chance of winning!) send your list to the Opera House by February 21st and you will be eligible to win a pair of tickets to an Opera House event! The banners were designed and produced by Adventure Advertising/Signs and in consultation with the town' s Historic Resources committee.

To enter: after you are finished studying the banners send your list of what images you identify by February 21st to: khadley@town.camden.me.us or mail to Camden Opera House, P.O. Box 1207, Camden, Maine or just drop your list off at the town offices on the main floor to Kerry Hadleys attention. Please be sure to include your name, email address and a daytime contact phone number with your list. Winners and correct list of images will be announced the week of February 25th. Good luck!!
